God Bless America,
This is our prayer today and always.
God Bless America,
that's what I've seen on signs and marquis all around me since America was
attacked on Tuesday, September 11, 2001.
God DID bless America
for many many years. He was supposedly the reason this country was founded!
Our ancestors were fleeing from tyranny, taxation, and religious
persecution.
But what did America do for God? What has America done "to" God?
America, God shed His grace on Thee,
yet, where is His place in American lives today?
We removed Him from our schools.
We removed Him from our homes.
We removed Him from our government.
We removed Him from the center of our lives, as we could not resolve our
religious conflicts, which has not one thing to do with God..
God is not Christian, Jew, nor Muslim. He is neither Catholic nor
protestant, nor any other denomination.
He is the one who created all things.
We have forgotten that and we have given into ignorance and the demands of a child of another evil god.
God was given a reservation for Sunday mornings, if He was given that.
Money and growing hatred became America's god. Even though, we remembered Him on our currency, we forgot the fact that it was only He that blessed us with abundance of all things and the riches that many have enjoyed, while others were forgotten in the streets.
We separated ourselves from each other out of greed and hatred for our
differences, yet it was our differences which made our country great!
America was not meant to be a place of prejudice. It is our diversity that
made America a unique and desirable place on this earth.
God did bless America,
but until Tuesday, September 9, 2001, He was all but forgotten by a greedy
and ungrateful America.
Tuesday we recieved a horrifying wake up call and we saw the senseless loss
of thousands of lives in only a blink of an eye on American soil.
It was only then that we looked about us and cried out,
"Why is God doing this to us?", "Where is God, why has He forgotten us?".
Then we cried out, "God help us!", and that prayer was in earnest, as so
many before this have only been empty and meaningless. This one was
heartfelt and sincere.
God has blessed America, and He has not been respected nor honored for His
grace upon us and our country.
He blessed us with children who now have turned against us and our society.
Remember, it was we who brought these children into Godless homes, and sent
them to Godless schools with no prayer said in either.
Is it so surprising that after we have removed God from our daily lives,
not allowing for even a brief momentary prayer, that it should appear that
He forgot us?
God will never forget His children.
It is only the child who removes himself from the grace of his parent. It is only we who have removed ourselves from the grace of God.
We are the ones who made room for the enemy to sneak in and strike against
us. We did not protect ourselves from evil with the armour of prayer! We
did not build a wall of prayer, the strongest wall of all.
God still exists and has waited to hear from His children. He's waiting for
His children to come to Him.
Now we hear all around us,
"God Bless America!", as we draw ourselves together to stand against the
enemy. Let's bring God back to America. Let's bring Him back into each
American life. God is not a religion, He is our creator. We owe Him
everything.
If you want God to Bless America, then remember God and give Him a place in
your daily lives.
Bring Him back into your homes.
Bring Him back into your schools.
Bring Him back into your government.
Bring Him back into your daily thoughts.
Do nothing without God!
Be thankful to Him for all He has given you and done for all of us.
He will take us back into His grace. Just as a loving parent will take a
prodigal child back into the fold, so it is with God!
