West Lafayette, Indiana - Home of Purdue University
I dedicate this page to the 1999 Purdue Lady Boilermaker's National Champs, and in Memory of a player that lost her life in the summer of '99. She was returning to West Lafayette to join all the student athletes for the Fall Sememster when she was killed in Gary, Indiana by a drunk driver.
The team got together for one last time in the fall of '99 as they were honored by President Clinton at the White House.

GO BOILER'S
The Lady Boilers season started with a win over Tennessee. They finished undefeated in the Big Ten and ended the season ranked #1 in the country. They have some of the best players in the country. Coach Peck has been name the Coach of the Year by the Associated Press and Stephanie White-McCarty has been selected to the Kodak All American team. Best of luck to this team and to the coach. Bring home the championship!!!!!! Hope you enjoy these pics. They were photos taken by Amy Bombassaro, Michael Heinz and Frank Oliver from the Journal and Courier.
